It's easy to dip into a bout of depression in December.  The stresses, anxieties, and pressures of the season can lead to immense feelings of loneliness. From being overwhelmed by too much activity to FOMO (fear of missing out) from too little, thoughts of resentment, unrealistic expectations, and even insecurities or shame can make the holidays feel extremely isolating. 

Let’s start with this quick meditation to remind us that we are not alone:
