Let's embark on a three day ritual of self-acceptance, through which we will embrace the beauty of who and where we are.
By cultivating a practice of self-acceptance, self-care, and gratitude, we are laying the vital groundwork to create a life of fulfillment and to manifest our dreams of growth and abundance.
Let's begin with a Guided Meditation.
Here, we’ll connect with Archangel Jophiel and set the stage for each of our three days of reflection. Sit or lay in a comfortable position and enjoy this short and simple recording:
Self-Acceptance and Affirmations.
Let’s embrace our unique qualities, trusting wholeheartedly that we are worthy of love and acceptance just as we are.
For the next three days, we’ll begin our mornings by responding to the following prompts in our journal:
Write three compliments to yourself (physical).
Write three compliments to yourself (social/emotional)
Write three positive affirmations about your environment (home, work, life).
In these answers we’ll express appreciation for the blessings in our life, both big and small, and observe as (through this appreciation) more abundance flows into our lives.
When our writing is complete, repeat each of the answers aloud three times (preferably in front of a mirror). By enjoying our reflection, as we affirm these words, we are internalizing unconditional love, gratitude, and forgiveness and strengthening the power of our voice.
The Magic of Tarot and Oracle Cards.
In addition to our self-reflection, let’s gain further insight by seeking guidance and encouragement from the Angels. We’ll grab our favorite Tarot or Oracle deck, shuffle (with self-acceptance in mind), and pull four cards—one for each question below:
What accomplishment should I be most proud of?
What do I have to look most forward to?
What insecurity should I leave behind?
What blessings should I build upon?
Pay close attention to the symbolism within each card and trust the intuitive interpretation that arises from within. We’ll write any insights into our journal and be mindful to apply the lessons as we proceed with our day in confidence.
We are deserving of our dreams and the universe is ready to support us; the magic starts from with.
