Self Love Challenge

The love we show ourselves reflects back to us in the world we experience. When we treat ourselves with grace, sensitivity, and care, we invite others to do the same.

For the next 4 days, I challenge you to start the day by writing down 4 new things you love about yourself and, at the end of each day, write down 4 new things you’re proud of.

By showing ourselves forgiveness, kindness, and respect, we are more likely to receive the appreciation we deserve.
