Whether we're recovering from illness and injury, heartbreak and grief, or limiting beliefs and toxic habits, recovery is possible.
Through a regular practice of Acknowledgment, Alignment, Allowing, and Atonement, a happier, healthier, and more hopeful journey is available to us.
In the action of recovery, we must:
1 - Acknowledge the negative thoughts and behaviors that are not serving our best interest
2- Envision a better outcome and come into alignment with a more positive self-image.
3- Allow ourselves to ask for help and to accept the support of family, friends, neighbors, ancestors, and/or Angels. There is no need to go it alone.
4- Step into atonement (becoming at one) with the rituals, activities, and routines of our highest self.
Let's start today by answering the following journal prompt:
Acknowledge the limiting beliefs and behaviors that need to be released. Reflect and respond, without judgement, for at least 5 minutes.
With this acknowledgment complete and fresh in our minds, let's relax and meditate:
From this place of peace and empowerment, lets explore three more free-writing prompts:
-Align with the vision of something better. What does it look like and how does it feel?
-Allow the help of others and commit to being vulnerable. Who can we turn to for support?
-Step into atonement with the sacred self by committing to a daily (or hourly) practice.
We'll investigate each prompt for at least five minutes each:
Need guidance? Let's ask the Angels the same questions through our Tarot or Oracle cards:
How do the answers from the cards compliment the visualizations from our meditation and journal reflections? Let's share in the comments!
