Try this three day gratitude challenge!
Do these three things for three days:
1) Write down three insecurities or grievances and commit to going throughout the day without them.
2) Write down three things that you're grateful for and commit to practicing gratitude for those things throughout the day.
3) Text, call, or email three people to let them know that you appreciate them.
Do this three days in a row and let me know how it goes in the comments.
